To Our LABC Family and Friends:

Preparations are underway for this year’s Vacation Bible Camp. Although circumstances keep us from meeting together onsite, we are working to bring the experience to you. Login and register your elementary age child(ren) here:

Each child registered will receive the materials to engage the recorded sections/sessions of VBC.

Our theme this year is: Rocky Railway: Jesus’ Power Pulls Us Through (Trust Jesus!). At Rocky Railway, children explore Jesus’ power and how we can trust Jesus to pull us through when life feels like a valley or a mountaintop. Expect a week full of faith discoveries, memorable music, and a time to learn to trust Jesus’ power! Following is an overview of each day – bible point, bible story, and memory verse:

Day 1: Jesus’ power helps us do hard thing.
Ananias helps Saul from Acts 9:1-19.
Philippians 4:13 – “For I can do everything through Christ, who gives me strength.”

Day 2: Jesus’ power gives us hope.
Paul encourages others in a storm and shipwreck from Acts 27.
Psalm 31:24 – “So be strong and courageous, all you who put your hope in the Lord!”

Day 3: Jesus’ power helps us to be bold.
Peter and John teach about Jesus from Acts 3:1-4:31.
Isaiah 40:29 – He gives power to the weak and strength to the powerless.

Day 4: Jesus’ power lets us live forever.
Jesus’ death and resurrection from Matthew 26:17-Matthew 28:10.
Romans 8:11 – “The Spirit of God, who raised Jesus from the dead, lives in you.”

Day 5: Jesus’ power helps us to be good friends.
The church is united from Acts 2:42-47; 4:32-35.
John 15:12 – “Love each other in the same way I have loved you.”

The videos will be available each day at 10:00 am but will be available to accessed at your convenience. At 9:45 am each day, we will host a ZOOM call for a short intro and “hello.”

Please make sure you register so we can provide you with the packet of materials for the week.
