Called to Serve

But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God’s own people, in order that you may proclaim the excellence of him who called you out of darkness into his marvelous light. (I Peter 2:9, NRSVUE)

The nominating committee has met and begun its work in earnest. Prayerfully consider the place in which you might serve.  The time and talent survey is usually distributed at pledge time.  It is included here to help you in your considerations. 2023 Time and Talent Survey

Ministry takes place in so many more areas as you will see on the survey. After reviewing it, if you have questions, please contact Pastor Jim, Pastor Allison, or Pastor Carolyn. Think of your capabilities and the experiences that bring you joy; there may be a place where those capabilities and joys may be shared in ministry.

LatinX/Hispanic Heritage Month

We continue our recognition of LatinX/Hispanic Heritage Month with a special coffee hour after worship this Sunday. The book display will also be in the narthex along with video/music display.

Music is known as a universal language and in light of that, here is a link to some significant Latin American composers. Click here to access the site.
