Update, Wednesday, April 28 (Easter Season)

We will be celebrating Asian-American/Pacific Islander Heritage Month in May. Sandra Lee is taking the leading in the planning and we have many good things to look forward to.

In advance of our celebration I want to share with you a recent article about the great American Baptist pastor, theologian and leader, Jitsuo Morikawa. The article summarizes Jitsuo’s life and ministry. However, one article cannot begin to do justice to his legacy and lasting impact. At LABC, we experienced his teaching through the life and witness of the late Dick Jones. Dick was always proud to claim Jitsuo as his most significant mentor.
