Naomi Osaka, one of the best tennis players in the world, is to be commended for speaking honestly about the importance of mental health while acknowledging how difficult it can be maintain it. Let’s do all we can do to be a congregation that takes mental health seriously and engages in practices that support it.
Exercise, like the Hunger Walk is supportive of mental health as are spiritual practices like prayer, study, singing and worship. Join us tonight for Together in Spirit (6:00), Saturday morning for A Time For Prayer (10:00) and Sunday morning for Zoom Church (10:00) and the Hunger Walk (11:45)
