I greatly appreciated Khalilah Beal-Uribe’s beautiful statement of commitment at her baptism on Sunday and am happy to share it with you. 

I am so grateful to have found this church of community. When I’m here, I always feel God’s presence. Maria and Zidane also feel at home here and that is not something I take for granted. So, what better place to undergo this profound personal spiritual experience and public testimony? I am grateful to be able to be baptized by Pastor Jim, offering my desire not only to follow Christ and his teachings but also to impart them to Zidane. Amen.
