Dear family,

I hope you can join us in worship this Sunday. As has become our tradition, on 5th Sundays we will have an Family Friendly worship service, encouraging all generations to participate in worship. As part of the service, we will honor John (Johnny Bear) Dixon’s 42 years of service at Lakeshore Children’s Center. The morning’s Scripture is Luke 41-51 and the sermon will be “Learning Like Jesus.” Francisco Herrara will be our guest musician.

Following worship, LABC teens will be hosting a Fall Bazaar, there will be a Teacher Training for all who work with Lakeshore’s kids, and at 1 p.m., Dr. Nancy Hall will continue her Creating Worship Series, where we will develop worship skills in writing hymns, prayers and litanies.
