Family,
As we have been writing and talking about, we will have a revised schedule of worship opportunities this weekend as we try to avoid the traffic and parking problems associated with the Oakland Running Festival.
Worship Schedule
Saturday, March 23
Pause (Prayer and Reflection) 6-8 p.m.
Sunday, March 24
Bible Study (Library) 12 pm
Worship Service (Sanctuary) 1pm
The worship service will include opening and closing music by Brassavola, a guided meditation, the dedication of Isaac Schrieber, and teaching by Pastor Hopkins. Our Scripture will be Exodus 3:1 – 4:17, the account of Moses and the Burning Bush. In the teaching time will consider the ways in which we need to let go of the idea that God meets our every want and hold on to the truth that God meets our deepest need.
