Looking Ahead

In a couple of days we will be into a new year. There are many issues we carry with us as we move forward in time. 2024 is an election year; there are wars and conflicts in various places; the agencies that help the hungry and unhoused continue to be in need of support; families continue to grieve the loss of loved ones. There are no easy answers, however, we can continue to look forward as a church family in supporting and helping one another as we journey together into a new year.  In the words of the psalmist: “God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.” (Psalm 46:1)

On New Year’s Eve, at 6:00 pm, there will be a time for us to gather, on ZOOM, for a time of worship, testimony, prayer, and share communion together as we move into 2024. (If you feel the need to participate in person, please let Pastor Carolyn know)
