LABC Update – Tuesday, February 8, 2022
Our celebration of African American History Month continues as we seek ways to unite through love and justice.
Tonight at 6:00 (Tuesday Night Bible Study) and tomorrow morning at 10:30 (Wednesday Prayer and Bible Study) we will gather on Zoom to study II Timothy. This book is a warm, personal letter from Paul urging Timothy, his younger colleague, to lead his community, to unite them, in the ways of love and justice
II Timothy 1: 6-7 For this reason I remind you to rekindle the gift of God that is within you through the laying on of my hands; for God did not give us a spirit of cowardice, but rather a spirit of power and of love and of self-discipline.
