LABC Update – Tuesday, April 26, 2022

The above screen shot comes from a lecture, “Reimagining the Meaning of Jesus’ Life and Death” by Graham B. Walker Jr at the Alliance of Baptists Annual Gathering last week. The point that stays with me is that we need to replace our image of a wrathful God with that of a suffering God, our theology of an angry God with that of a “with us” God.
May the suffering, “with us” God, guide our paths this week.
