Update, Saturday October 3, 2020

Family,

A few notes as the weekend begins:

1. Prayers for President Trump and First Lady Melania on the news they have tested positive for the coronavirus.
2. The Blessing of the Animals is today. Stop by between 1:00 and 3:00 (Front Porch of the Sanctuary) for a blessing, a prayer and a treat. Please wear your mask and observe social distance.
3. In Zoom Church tomorrow we will observe World Communion Sunday (have bread and juice beside your computer), honor Latinx Heritage Month and celebrate the 70th wedding anniversary of Darlene and Dayle Scott.
4. The Alliance of Baptists Fall Gathering is next Saturday. Pastor Ally will offer the opening prayer. William Barber will be the speaker.
5. Your financial support of LABC and our Outreach Offerings during the pandemic has been most gratifying. Please continue. Our Outreach Offering in October is the World Mission Offering.
6. A Time For Prayer meets this morning at 10:00.
