Alert – Today is the Oakland Running Festival – Parking should not be an issue as it has been in years past as the start/finish area is now nearer downtown. Lakeshore Avenue from the freeway past the church is not on the route. Yet, the Lake Merritt area will see closed streets and changed traffic patterns.
