LABC Sunday Worship – August 27, 2023

A great day awaits as we gather in worship this morning at 10:00. Pastor Carolyn will be singing. Richelle Scales will be our pianist. Pastor Jim’s sermon will be “Mega Trends.” Noting what Dr. King said  in his “I Have a Dream” speech sixty years ago, August 28, 1963, the theme of his sermon will be that it is good for our souls simply to name what we are seeing, feeling and experiencing. The central scripture will be Psalm 32:1-8.

All are invited to join in a post-sermon conversation with Jim (front of the Sanctuary) at approximately 11:40.
