LABC MIDWEEK MESSAGE – SEPTEMBER 17, 2025

THANK YOU!

A heartfelt thank you goes out to all who helped make the celebratory weekend for Pastor Jim’s retirement a time to remember. My thanks for all who had a hand in Sunday’s worship. And a special thank you to all who were present for worship so we, as a family in Christ, wish Pastor Jim well in his retirement. May we continue to pray for Jim, Karen, and the whole family as they begin this part of their journey.

The Oakland Churches Together group is sponsoring an event on September 21. Jesse Lucas is the coordinator and Pastor Carolyn is the song leader. We will meet at 2:45 and begin singing at 3:00 pm. Contact Jesse Lucas if you are able to help with this event.
