December 22, 2015

Greetings to all as Christmas comes. May the gifts of Advent – hope, joy, peace and love – mark your lives and fill your hearts.  I have long loved the blessing which follows. May the gifts it seeks be yours throughout these last days of Advent and the Twelve Days of Christmas.
Deep Peace
Deep peace of the running wave to you,
Deep peace of the flowing air to you,
Deep peace of the quiet earth to you,
Deep peace of the shining stars to you,
Deep peace of the watching shepherds to you,
Deep peace of Christ, the Light of the world, to you
(Old Gaelic Rune)
